Hi, I’m Jesse—a professional musician and founder of On The Savvy based in Los Angeles.

I help artists and creatives nurture their existing fans, while growing their fanbase consistently overtime with a mixture of management, coaching, and paid ads services.

After my first East Coast tour in 2013, I worked at a music publicity agency part-time, while continuing to perform my own music. I’ve been helping fellow artists, bands, and agencies with their artist development and music marketing ever since.

In 2017, I moved to South Korea to travel and use my degree in English literature (poetry) to teach. When I came back to the USA, I moved to Los Angeles to work even more closely with independent artists and small businesses.

In 2018, I started offering premium ads services to a small group of artists and agencies. To this day, I keep my roster maxed at 10 premium ads clients, in order to ensure quality results and personalized attention. However, I do offer 1-on-1 strategy sessions to non-clients as much as my schedule allows.

I take a great deal of pride in my work and ensure everything from consultation to campaign management, to reporting and optimizing is completed with the upmost integrity.

My goal is to help artists build a quality fanbase, not inflate numbers needlessly.

As a professional indie musician, I’ve performed over 600 shows across the country, successfully raised over $12,000 in crowdfunding, and signed a publishing/synch deal for my latest EP. Spring Owls is my current music project.
