On The Savvy is a boutique marketing company serving independent artists, boutique labels, music conferences, and creative small businesses. We help our clients define their audience, build meaningful fan relationships, and grow with intention—through clear strategy, structured systems, and a deep understanding of human behavior.

We started this company out of frustration. Too many good artists were getting pulled into scams, burned by bloated promises, or handed vague marketing plans with no real backbone. We built On The Savvy to be the opposite of that: practical, honest, and psychology-backed.

Our approach isn’t about chasing algorithms or vanity metrics. It’s about building connection at scale—real audience growth through systems that align with who you are and where you’re going.

Founder | Meta Ads Expert | Music Industry Strategist

Howdy! I’m the founder of On The Savvy and a long-time working musician with over 600 performances across the U.S. My professional background includes being a publicist for fellow artist and small business owners, as well as films like Jimi: All Is By My Side (starring André 3000) and organizing the first CD Baby Conference.

At On The Savvy, he leads all things Meta/Spotify ads, digital marketing strategy, and artist coaching.

He’s also the voice behind Spring Owls, whose recent crowdfunding campaign raised over $10,000 to produce eco-conscious merch, third-party certified eco-friendly and humane to workers.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find him at a local show, in a hot yoga class, hiking to a waterfall, or quietly writing at a neighborhood café.

Hi! I’m Gabrielle Brooke Houser, a multimedia artist with a background in graphic design, social media management, photography, and illustration. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design from San Diego State University.

I specialize in crafting tailored social media strategies and producing eye-catching visuals and enhance their online presence audiences, allowing me to deliver well-rounded creative solutions.

My role involves a variety of tasks including video editing, content creation, and scheduling/posting across platforms. I also specialize in developing hashtag and keyword strategies, managing community engagement, and providing in-depth analytics reports to track performance and drive growth.
